ShopVeganRaw makes every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of being placed. Please specify if you want backordered items cancelled. You'll be contacted if backordered items will take longer than a week to ship.

Returns & Refund Policy
Products can be returned no questions asked in resaleable condition (e.g. unopened products). However, please email for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. You must pay for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. No refunds after 7 days from date of receipt. Refunds of express or upgraded shipping or international shipping cannot be honored.
You are responsible for all Customs and brokerage fees for international orders and agrees to pay return shipping on products refused by Customs or the Customer. You are responsible for understanding all applicable Laws with regard to importing our goods and related fees. You should provide specific instructions with regard to shipping method and declarations for international orders at time of purchase.
Shipping refunds will only be given in the case of damaged products and only up to the cost of regular UPS Ground shipping charges. If equipment is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please contact the manufacturer. Equipment returns must be in the original condition with original cartons, all manuals, papers and accessories and must be shipped prepaid and will be subject to an 18% restocking fee.
Low Order Fee
For orders totaling less than $45, a nominal handling fee of $2 is applied. It only appears on the final checkout screen, hence this heads up. |
